Short-term Events 
Fulltime Event spaces are not permitted in this neighborhood. However, events such as fundraisers and charity events are permitted on occasion with special-use permits. 

• One-night events including 2-day prep and 1-day strike and clean are priced at $10,000. 

• Events longer than two months away are generally not encouraged.

• Events must be fully and appropriately insured.
